We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to work within our Property Services team. We are a forward thinking, values driven department, this role is based in our Rockingham Street offices.
We are looking for a Compliance Manager to drive and maintain effective legislative and regulatory compliance in the management of SYHA assets to ensure that SYHAs customers live in safe and compliant homes.
You will work as part of the Maintenance Management Team in our Property Services Department to ensure an appropriate framework is in place, providing assurance that our assets are well managed, and we achieve 100% compliance in line with regulatory requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regulations governing gas safety, electricity, asbestos, legionella, lifts and lifting equipment and fire risk. You will also be expected to understand the implications of Awaabs law and work within SYHA policy and procedure to respond to Damp, Mould and Condensation cases.
