Job Title: Plumber (1st & 2nd Fix) Location: Redditch, B98 Duration: 3 Months Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out 1st and 2nd fix installations on a project based in the Redditch (B98) area. This is a full-time, temporary role for an initial 3-month period, offering consistent hours and a stable working schedule. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out 1st fix plumbing work including pipework installation and drainage systems Completing 2nd fix installations such as sanitary ware, taps, and fittings Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working independently and as part of a wider site team Requirements: Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) Valid CSCS card (preferred/required depending on site) Own tools and PPE Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
