PK Murphy Construction is looking for a dynamic and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our leadership team. This strategic role is at the heart of our operations, spanning maintenance contracts and new build projects.
Location: Office & Site-Based (Flexible across our office locations - Dunmurray, Bangor, Warrenpoint)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hrs/week
Status: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and evolve our H&S policies and systems
* Drive compliance and continuous improvement
* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
* Champion wellbeing and mental health initiatives
* Influence company-wide decisions as part of our management team
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in a construction H&S management role
* Strong knowledge of ISO45001, ISO14001 & HSE legislation
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Desirable: Experience in social housing, maintenance, and public sector contracts.
