Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial transformational programme, overseeing projects from inception to completion and ensuring delivery within budget, on time and compliant with contractual obligations.
* Manage a cost intelligence programme of individual projects, developing dashboards that provide commercial cost assurance confirming supplier payments align with commercial agreements.
* Organise and facilitate the Commercial Governance Forum, tracking key decisions to drive sustainable business outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, procurement, operational delivery) to manage programme/project risks, issues and dependencies in line with business targets.
* Accountable for accurate forecasting and reporting of key project information to programme level reports and governing boards.
* Develop strong, excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a can‑do attitude to problem solving and directing wider project resources.

Location
Initially based in Bradford, the role will move to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, with hybrid working (1 office day a week). Leeds/Bradford/Hybrid Working.
Work Type
Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rolling 4‑day week to core hours. Flexible stand‑by rota and out‑of‑core‑hours work may be required.
