Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month temporary contract in the Surrey area. The rate for this position is £26 across all property types.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis (4-5 days per week). The ideal candidate will have experience in completing Stock Condition Surveys and have access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing units
2. Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also assessed energy characteristics and legislative compliance
3. Using knowledge of RdSAP to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveys
4. Liaising with and engaged with residents about work carried out
5. Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets
Experience required:
6. Experience in Conducting Stock Condition Surveys on Social Housing Units
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
7. Must hold a UK driving license
