This role is to be overseeingthe smooth running of this busy hotel and must delegate to a teamof highly professional people managing them to increase sales andadd value to the business offering customers over and above serviceand leading by example. Experience desired

* Plan forecast and execute foodand beverage orders
* Process customercomplaints patiently
* Planalternative recipes for customers with special dietaryneeds
* Check food and beveragesupplies and place orders whenneeded
* Track and ordershipments
* Communicate and buildstrong relationships withvendors
* Adhere to food health andsafety standards
* Plan hire trainoversee and manage the members ofstaff
* Oversee and supervise thewelcoming of customers
* Always strivetowards an exceptional customerexperience
