Our client is a leader in marketing, communications & printing, and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to strengthen their Client Services Team and looking for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be joining a successful Client Services Team, and be responsible for the management and delivery of all client requirements. This is a hybrid role, with visits to the office once per week.Key responsibilities for the Account Manager will include:
* Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders, in order to manage expectations and ensure value added service provision
* Establish and maintain tactical relationships with clients, applying a commercial and value-added approach to client briefings
* Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications with client, internal stakeholders
* Support preparation for client contract review meetings and client development opportunities
* Ensure all procurement activity adheres to commercial strategy and guidelines
* Delivers business and account objectives via business processes and systems
