In this role, you won’t just build account lists—you’ll shape the very foundation of our ABX efforts by identifying and maintaining high-value accounts, enriching them with real-time insights, and enabling marketing, sales, and customer success teams to hit the ground running.
This is a Hybrid position with 3 day per week in our Newcastle Office.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
* Create and Curate Target Account Lists (TALs) using internal data, external vendors, and our CDP to build dynamic account lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
* Deliver Journey-Based Insights by tracking how accounts move through the customer journey, spotting drop-offs, and sharing insights to shape mid-funnel strategy.
* Collaborate with Automation & AI to bring automation to life, including auto-refreshing lists, ICP-driven triggers, and scalable segmentation powered by real-time data.
* Power Up Our CDP (Segment) by working with the CDP Product Owner to ensure enriched data flows into Segment seamlessly.
* Enable Cross-Functional Success by regularly sharing tailored TAL insights with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
* Champion Data Quality & Continuous Improvement by auditing data integrity, flagging anomalies, and refining ICP definitions with feedback loops from ABX teams.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
* Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), ABX/ABM strategies, or data enrichment platforms.
* Strong analytical mindset with a knack for identifying patterns in customer behaviour and business data.
* Familiarity with firmographics, technographics, and intent data.
