Job Overview
Our client is a specialist Landlord & Tennant practice based in Sussex seeking a litigator to manage a team of fee earners whilst dealing with their own caseload (previous L&T experience is not essential).
Responsibilities
- Deal with a caseload of L&T matters, acting primarily for landlords, and advise property management companies on a range of issues, including eviction cases, monetary claims and enforcement proceedings.
- Manage a team of Paralegals/Junior Fee Earners, handling staff absences/holidays, managing attending meetings and dealing with external complaints.
Qualifications
- Litigation NQ+ Solicitor or CILEX with experience in L&T work.
- Full-time and office based position.
- Background in litigation; further training can be provided.
- Experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement is an advantage.
