Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary

Pay Rate: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential?
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join one of our welcoming secondary schools in Bradford.
You’ll be working alongside teachers to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome learning barriers and engage positively in the classroom environment.
✨ Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEN, EAL, SEMH, etc.)
* Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
* Encouraging positive learning behaviours and building strong relationships
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
✅ Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a UK school (preferably secondary)
* A genuine passion for working with young people
* Right to work in the UK (full-time)
* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
