I’m currently working with a company that’s looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of remote and on-site support and wants to work in an environment where they can genuinely make an impact.
In this role, you'll be supporting a range of clients primarily across education and small-to-medium businessesensuring their technology runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
What they’re looking for:
* Strong experience in IT support (MSP or Education background ideal, but not essential)
* Solid technical knowledge across Windows environments, networks, hardware, and cloud services
* Confidence in delivering both remote and on-site support
* A proactive mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
* Must have a Drivers Licence
What the role involves:
* Supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues
* Maintaining secure, reliable, and optimised systems
* Visiting client sites when needed to provide hands-on support
* Contributing to long-term IT planning and improvements
* Ensuring a high standard of service and communication at all times
