Maintenance Team Leader (Mechanical) Coalville, Leicestershire Days, 50 hours per week, alternating Saturday mornings £18-£20 per hour (£46,800-£52,000 per year) + Call-out We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join a busy manufacturer in Coalville. This is a practical, leadership role where you will guide a small maintenance team, take ownership of planned and reactive tasks, and set the standard for safety, performance, and reliability.
