We’re looking to recruit a commercially driven General Manager for the fantastically situated Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel.

What do we need from you?
* Lead the hotel from the front, demonstrating extensive hospitality experience and setting high standards.
* Be commercially driven, utilizing your skills to boost revenue and room bookings.
* Be an inspirational leader with resilience, capable of engaging hearts and minds and delivering a compelling business vision.
* Have demonstrable experience as a General Manager in a similar environment, with F&B experience due to the hotel’s feature restaurant.
* Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, including working closely with owners or in a third-party management model.
* Show a proven ability to nurture and develop talent at all levels, recognizing that people are at the heart of our business.
