What You'll Be Doing You will handle a varied family caseload while playing a key role in supporting clients through significant life events with balanced, practical guidance. Managing a broad range of matters including divorce, financial remedies, schedule 1 and TOLATA claims, children arrangements and protective injunctions Advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements Running files with increasing autonomy while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues Conducting negotiations and, where appropriate, undertaking your own advocacy in local courts Providing early, clear and empathetic guidance to help clients make informed decisions Working with private client and conveyancing teams where family matters intersect with property, estates or wealth planning Contributing to the team's continued growth and maintaining high standards of client care About You You will be a Family Solicitor with at least three years' post-qualification experience and a client-focused, empathetic approach.
