Job Description
We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain excellent working relationship with customers, ensuring that their requirements are met, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of service delivery.
1. Ensure all customer jobs are processed, sales reviews and reporting are delivered to our customers on time.
2. Development, management and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for all customers in line with quality standards
3. Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in:
4. Customer Services
5. Dealing with multiple lines of communication
6. Using MS Office systems
You will also have the following:
7. Full UK Driving licence
8. Experience of working within food / Food safety
