Responsibilities: Manage and optimise social media strategy and influencer engagement. Execute brand plans, ensuring brand visibility. Partner with retailers and cross-functional teams to create impactful activations. Analyse brand and category performance, shaping portfolio and NPD decisions. Deliver NPD and Go-To-Market plans in collaboration with Global and Commercial teams. Lead inspiring consumer activations and events with a clear understanding of KPIs. Be the face of the brand, fostering a strong community and visibility both online and offline. About You: Degree-educated with 4 years of FMCG or consumer product experience. An understanding of compliance is preferred. Proven track record in executing 360° brand campaigns and content strategies. Experience working with influencers and owned media content. A confident, collaborative go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, autonomous roles. Strong analytical thinker with a flair for turning insights into actions.
