Job Title: RTA Paralegal
Location: Manchester / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (DOE), plus on target bonus

We are currently looking to recruit a bright and ambitious, Paralegal to join our Multi-Track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Team on a permanent basis based in our Manchester office.
This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with 1/2 days working from the office, so you will need to be within the Manchester area to assist the with client visits and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist fee-earners to progress cases quickly.
2. Setting up new files on the case management system.
3. Drafting Letters of Claim, Claim Forms and Court Forms
4. Answering client calls, responding to queries, and providing updates
5. Helping prepare instructions to Counsel
6. Preparing Trial Bundles
7. Liaising with medical experts, barristers, and council
8. Attending Court/Council meetings when applicable
9. Reviewing expert reports
10. Arranging meetings and appointments for the fee earners
11. General organisation and upkeep of files
