This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute estimator who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and producing detailed, accurate costings for fast-moving projects.
The Role Preparing detailed estimates and cost plans for projects up to £500k Pricing FRA remedial works, fire door installations, and associated fire safety packages Using estimating software Working closely with clients, surveyors, and delivery teams Maintaining and utilising a reliable and competitive vendor/supply chain database Ensuring all estimates are accurate, well-presented, and commercially viable Key Requirements Proven experience in FRA works and fire door estimating Ability to produce detailed, transparent cost breakdowns Self-driven and self-motivated, able to manage workload independently Client-facing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly competent in IT and digital systems Established supplier and subcontractor database Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Whats on Offer Long-term, stable role within a growing specialist division Exposure to repeat clients and framework-style work Autonomy and trust in your role Competitive salary and package (dependent on experience) This position would suit an estimator who is confident, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of their projects from pricing through to handover. xxuwjjq
