Our public sector client based in Tidworth, Hampshire, is looking for a Receptionist for their Medical Practice. This is a temporary assignment with a possibility of extension. This is a part-time role, 16 hours per week, working 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. The role offers a pay rate of £13.64 per hour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative duties of the practice, including answering phones, making appointments, managing shared inboxes, responding to correspondence, and scanning and processing appointment letters.
You will need to cover the reception area, check in patients on arrival, and update medical notes on SharePoint for all medical activities related to each patient.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, committed to service delivery, and have at least 12 months of reception and administration experience. They should be willing to learn new systems and skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, detail-oriented, articulate, an excellent communicator, and a team player.
This role requires a clear DBS check and three years of references.
