What the Job Involves As part of the Cardiff Intake and Assessment Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct Well-being and S47 assessments, provide short-term interventions to support family safety, and be involved in care and private law proceedings. You will manage cases for a short duration before transferring them at the first planning meeting. Every third week, you will be part of a duty rota, allowing you to plan and structure your work efficiently. The team uses the Signs of Safety model to achieve the best outcomes for families and is composed of experienced staff who support each other during challenging times.
