Job Opportunity: Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead and develop an established team delivering excellent service across our expanding network of Donation Centres.
As part of the retail team and aligned with SATCoL’s growth plans, you will implement and manage the operational and growth strategies for this division. You will also oversee the opening of new Donation Centres through our Development support team.
The ideal candidate will be a values-led leader, supporting and coaching their team to excel by implementing training and development strategies that align with the business objectives. You will manage profit and loss budgets, enhance KPI performance, and visit new locations to provide support as needed.
This role is home-based with significant travel across the UK. All key responsibilities and desirable skills are detailed in the Job Description.
