Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading elderly care provider, seeking an experienced Home Manager / Commissioning Manager to take the lead in launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art care home in Surrey. This is more than just a management role — it’s your opportunity to build something outstanding from the ground up. About the Role: As Commissioning Manager, you’ll be responsible for opening and leading a beautifully designed, small to medium elderly care home set to launch later this year. Your focus will be on: • Delivering exceptional, person-centred care within a luxury environment • Recruiting, leading, and developing a brand-new team • Ensuring CQC compliance and excellence, with the support of a Commissioning Director • Overseeing the financial and commercial performance of the home • Promoting the service to the predominantly private payer market About You: We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced care professional with a strong track record in managing successful elderly care homes. You will have: • Commissioning experience • NVQ Level 4, RMA, NVQ Level 5 upwards • 2 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager • A solid understanding of CQC regulations and evidence of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings • Confidence in leading clinical teams, supported by a clinical Deputy Manager • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a new team • Strong commercial acumen and experience with the private care market Location: The home is located in Woking and is easily commutable from: Guildford, Farnborough, Fleet, Weybridge, Camberley, Chertsey, Walton-on-Thames, Bracknell, Leatherhead, Epsom, Haslemere, Aldershot, Alton & Basingstoke Interested?
