Intirim Accountant FTC (6 months)

Salary: £40, - £50,
Hours: - (Initially for training the flexibility after training)
Our client is looking for an Accountant for 6 months. You will be reporting to the Group Finance Director. The role will include supporting the shared-service and financial accounting team through the interim and year-end audit period. Must be available immediately!
What You'll Do:
As their Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their financial operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing accurate financial statements and reports
2. Managing accounts payable and receivable
3. Conducting monthly reconciliations and variance analysis
4. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
5. Supporting the year-end audit process
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements

8. A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, AAT, or QBE)
9. Proven experience in an accounting role
10. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
12. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Fantastic communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
