The Role Senior QS / Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial management of a major energy work package, driving cost control, contract compliance and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Senior Quantity Surveyor commercial lead on energy / infrastructure package

* NEC3 / NEC4 contract administration (essential)

* Cost planning, cost reporting, forecasting & budget management

* Subcontract procurement & subcontractor management

* Variations, compensation events & change control

* Risk management & value engineering

* Final accounts negotiation

* Support Assistant & Project Quantity Surveyors

* Reporting to Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS

* Background in energy, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure projects

* Strong NEC contract knowledge

* Experience managing high-value construction packages

* Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

* Ambition to progress to Managing Quantity Surveyor
