Overview
Product Delivery Manager role based in Yate, Bristol. Full-time, permanent. Hybrid: minimum 2 days in the office per week. Salary: £60,000-£65,000.
We’re building products that matter. You will sit at the heart of our software squads, ensuring great ideas become real-world solutions by shaping delivery, driving collaboration, and helping teams release to users faster.
What the role involves
* Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of product changes across multiple squads; shape cycle planning; build clear delivery plans; track dependencies, risks, and progress; champion continuous improvement to speed, smoothness, and scalability; partner with engineering, product, and design to ensure timely, low-friction releases.
* Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as the go-to link between business, product, and engineering; provide transparent progress reports and risk assessments to leadership; establish clear channels across squads and promote alignment.
* Agile & Cross-Squad Coordination: Create an environment for squads to work together toward shared goals; assist with prioritisation and sequencing across delivery streams; remove blockers and resolve conflicts quickly.
* Risk & Dependency Management: Identify risks and dependencies proactively; oversee change management for smooth rollouts; ensure squads have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar in software delivery.
* Strong grounding in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall (Prince2) methodologies; relevant certifications are a plus.
* Excellent understanding of product development lifecycles and large-scale delivery; experience coordinating across multiple squads or teams.
* Strong stakeholder management; able to balance business priorities with technical realities.
* Problem-solver who thrives in navigating complexity; skilled in risk management, dependency mapping, and roadmap planning.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence at all levels.
Nice-to-have
* SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software experience.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, or technical architecture.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other agile delivery tools.
