Legal Secretary
Beaconsfield and Marlow office – Office based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join my clients team working across 2 branches in Beaconsfield and Marlow. You will providing secretarial and administrative support within both branches. You will:
* Respond to client enquiries promptly and courteously
* Coordinate diaries and schedule appointments
* Keep clients informed on the progress of their matters
* Process client payments and communicate details to the Accounts team in a timely manner
* Stay up to date with client care and anti-money laundering obligations
* Open and maintain client files, ensuring all compliance documents are completed
* Provide audio typing support for multiple offices as required
* Prepare correspondence and draft legal documents
* Perform copy typing, scanning, and photocopying tasks efficiently
* Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Receive and distribute incoming mail appropriately
* Assist with marketing activities and initiatives
* Keep filing systems and office calendars organised
* Attend internal meetings and contribute to team projects
* Adhere to Health & Safety requirements in the office
* Assist with compliance-related tasks, including file audits and maintaining trackers
* Support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in a Legal Secretary or similar role
* Have strong organisational and time management skills
* Have excellent audio typing and document production skills
* Have professional communication and client-focused approach
* Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Be proactive and supportive team player
* Have strong IT skills including case management systems
* Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality
* Have the understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
