As a Security Officer at Securitas you’ll protect people, property, and information while empowering people to thrive. Patrolling key areas, managing gatehouse duties, and providing a friendly presence to clients are core aspects of the role.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
* Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
* Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
* Maintaining vigilance, reporting incidents, and preventing disruptions.
* Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
Qualifications
* SIA License
* Driving licence and own transport (due to lack of public transport to the location).
* Ability to complete patrols.
* Fully computer‑literate.
* Right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
