Protocol Education is currently seeking adedicated Behaviour Support Assistantto join a vibrant and inclusive school in Islington behaviour plans
* Promote positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques
* Create a safe and supportive environment for learning
* Liaise with SENCOs, teachers, and external agencies to monitor progress and adapt strategies
* Encourage student engagement, motivation, and academic progress
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Patience, empathy, and a resilient attitude
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or currently on the update service)
* Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only
