Pygott & Crone require an exceptionally personable, upbeat, and experienced sales consultant to work on an exciting new development in Long Sutton, Spalding of over 150 homes plus further new homes developments in the area in the future. You will be responsible for negotiating with potential purchasers throughout the new homes purchase process, seeing each transaction through to completion. You will be required to work 4 days a week including weekends and bank holidays and must be flexible. Working days and hours to be confirmed.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience in estate agency, in particular new homes sales, and achieving set targets; however, training is also available to candidates with a customer service background. You will work closely with our office sales teams, report to our new homes director and our developers.
Skills
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about sales, possessing the ability to combine strong organisation and communication skills; you will also be confident and self-motivated along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service. You should have a positive 'can do' approach and be able to work both independently and within a team.
