* Perform estate checks to identify safety, cleanliness, M&E issues, or presentation concerns, reporting or escalating as needed via the Concerto system.

* Engage with software solutions to improve comfort, energy usage, and maintenance costs.
* Encourage feedback from building occupiers and visitors via QR codes.
* Attend meetings related to projects, health and safety, and service reviews.
* Manage reactive and planned works via the Concerto system, ensuring tasks are completed on time and records are accurate for invoicing.
* Complete invoicing and financial reconciliation accurately and promptly.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure work quality and performance standards are met, conducting inspections and maintaining records.
* Review work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
* Support projects and interact with various departments to resolve service delivery issues.
* Assist in budget preparation with the property manager.
* Produce monthly client reports and conduct site audits, managing actions to completion.
* Maintain compliance systems and follow up on outstanding actions.
* Draft correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
* Maintain the statutory accident book and report entries to Health and Safety.
* Assist with environmental obligations and ensure safety regulations are observed.
* Support social impact initiatives.
