About Your role:
We are offering Warehouse & Logistics Team Manager roles at our distribution site, which has an onsite population of over 1000 colleagues in a 24/7 operation.
Your role as Warehouse Team Manager involves engaging and communicating with your team to ensure efficiency in areas such as goods in, pick, and loading. You will leverage your experience managing fast-paced FMCG logistics or warehouse teams to lead your team in delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing talent within your team through coaching and guidance
* Setting targets, reviewing progress, and creating improvement plans
* Resolving operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitoring and achieving KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed
About you:
You should be a proactive people person, capable of working efficiently and thinking innovatively. The ideal candidate will also meet the following criteria:
* At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment
* Team management experience is desirable but not essential
