Driver/Labourer Location: Launceston/Cornwall Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are currently recruiting for a Labourer / Driver to join a leading maintenance contractor working on a social housing voids contract. Working alongside a team of Multi-Trade Operatives, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered to site while assisting with general labouring duties across void properties. Key Responsibilities: * Driving company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between sites. * Assisting trades operatives with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works. * Clearing and preparing void properties for refurbishment. * Loading and unloading materials. * Carrying out property strip-outs and waste removal. * Maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to health and safety procedures. * Supporting the wider voids team with general labouring duties as required.
