Your new role You will be the lead for the housing association, driving inclusive neighbourhood development by forging strategic alliances with residents, local authorities, and voluntary groups. You will support by amplifying resident voices, co-designing community initiatives, and championing equitable access to services and support. With a focus on social impact, you will embed a culture of community first thinking across the organisation, ensuring the housing association fulfils its social purpose at every level. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role as a Locality Manager, you will have prior experience in community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and managing local partnerships-ideally within housing, local government, or the voluntary sector. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills are key, along with an understanding of housing policy, inclusion principles, and social impact measurement.
