GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teacher to support students with special educational needs across schools in Dinnington (S25). This is a rewarding opportunity for an SEN Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and helping students achieve their full potential.
What to Expect in This Role:
* Deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals.
* Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCPs and individual learning plans.
Requirements for This SEN Teacher Role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with students with SEN is desirable.
* Strong classroom management and adaptability.
* Patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
* Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
