37 Hours Per Week - Permanent - £24,309 - £26,783 per annum Long Stratton Leisure Centre boasts a state-of-the-art gym, soft play, a studio, a multi-functional Sports Hall and a Café. We would like to welcome a friendly, motivated and customer-focused individual with supervisory experience to our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys fitness and wellbeing, who thrives on leading a busy team, working a range of shifts and dealing with the public. The role will involve working within a team to ensure the smooth running of the centre. Team Leaders would act as a key holder and a senior staff member in the absence of the Assistant Centre Managers. The role will involve supervising the centre throughout the shift, ensuring standards are maintained and excellent customer service delivered. About You A Level 3 Food Hygiene, Level 3 HACCP and a First Aid Qualification are mandatory for this position. However, candidates who do not currently hold these, and who are willing and capable of attaining these qualifications within the first two months of joining will also be considered. You will need to be able to work a combination of early, day and late shifts on a rota basis over a seven-day period to accommodate the centre's opening hours. You will have demonstrable experience of providing customer service, ideally within a leisure environment, together with experience of working within a large and diverse team. Why Join Us?
