Application Deadline: 22 March 2026
Department: Gardens
Location: Skibo Castle, Highland
Description
Gardens at The Carnegie Club
The gardens at Skibo are a stunning and varied landscape, from sweeping lawns and tranquil arboretums to vibrant glasshouses and beautifully planted flower borders. At the heart of the estate sits our walled garden, where fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown for use in the Club's kitchens.
Our Victorian glasshouses produce tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies and micro-herbs throughout the seasons, while the formal gardens surrounding the castle provide colour and interest all year round. The Gardens team works closely with other departments to ensure the estate looks exceptional and continues to inspire both members and chefs alike.
