As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated professional to help maintain and service our cutting-edge smoke ventilation systems. This role is based in both Northern and Southern Ireland. No overseas applications. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of smoke ventilation systems. Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance. Carry out site visits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with industry standards. Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with the engineering and projects team to ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in a similar service engineering role, preferably within the smoke ventilation, or HVAC industry. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence. Strong communication and customer service skills. Desirable: Experience working with smoke ventilation systems or life safety equipment.
