Overview Join the world of PepsiCo Impulse sales. We are lookign for a Regional Account Executives to support the Pubs channel across the North of the UK. In this role you will focus on managing a portfolio of leased and tenanted pub accounts, with a strong emphasis on key groups such as Stonegate and Fullers. This is a highly commercial, field-based role operating in a competitive and fast-moving environment. You will take full ownership of your territory, using sales data, performance insights, and market understanding to identify opportunities and drive growth in distribution, revenue, and profit across the PepsiCo snacks portfolio. Responsibilities Support delivery of Snacks & Nutrition AOP across Pubs channel (measured by NR, NR/KG, MC & Share) - specifically aligned to Stonegate L&T and Fullers L&T Execute sub channel “customer value offers” (CVO) with your accounts, the 3Vs and E framework and Perfect Pub campaign. Execute the Pubs strategy within L&T, working across a diverse customer base with the aim of growing our core business and expanding our brand footprint. Day to day account responsibility for Leased and Tenanted Pub accounts that live within the Stonegate and Fullers estate. Building key working relationships which ensure we strive to being a true world class customer engagement with our pub groups. Work alongside the Pubs CBM Manager and Shopper Marketing Manager to identify new business leads which deliver incremental opportunity across the PepsiCo brand portfolio. Work with the rest of the Pubs and wider hospitality team to co-create best practice and contributing towards the design of the sub-channel strategies and playbooks Feed into and own your components of the Pubs scorecard, own tracking and course correction with customers and supply chain.
