The Role
Join a Legal 500-ranked Corporate Tax team, where you will handle a diverse and stimulating range of matters, including:
* Tax considerations in mergers and acquisitions and PE transactions
* Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
* Issues involving SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes.
* Some lending work

The Ideal Candidate
* Is an ambitious Corporate Tax Solicitor (1+PQE) who can turn their hand to all things Tax law
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
* Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
* Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
