Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a committed and adaptable PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Doncaster from April 2026. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), providing PPA teacher cover across a range of primary year groups.
This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and enthusiastic primary teacher who enjoys working with different classes and building positive relationships across the school. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of learning while class teachers undertake their planning, preparation and assessment time.
The Role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Provide high-quality teaching during teachers' PPA time
* Adapt teaching approaches to suit different year groups and abilities
* Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
* Be confident teaching across multiple year groups
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and adaptability
* Be reliable, organised and passionate about supporting pupils' learning
