Thrive Group are delighted to be working with a fast-paced manufacturing company in Trowbridge, who are actively looking to recruit an ER Advisor t to join the team on an initial 9-12 month contract.
What you will be doing:
You'll join a talented HR team within an organisation undergoing significant change, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters - including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases. You'll progress casework to successful outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy, and best practice.
People projects, such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations, and organisational change initiatives.
Delivering training on key policies, and reviewing HR resources, processes and templates to ensure they remain current and effective.
Produce MI reports, analysing people data (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.), What you will need to succeed:
Experience in a HR Advisor role
Significant experience of dealing with employee relations casework and advising managers on HR policy, procedures and best practice (in particular absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance management)
Experience using HR databases and case management systems
Up to date employment law knowledge
CIPD qualified- part or full
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport What you will receive in return:
£40,000 per annum
9-12-month FTC
Monday to Friday - 37.30 hours (100% site role)
