Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the property team, helping to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering a professional and friendly experience
* Drafting correspondence and legal documents such as contracts and property transfers
* Managing multiple versions of complex documents including leases, licenses, and mortgage deeds, with meticulous attention to detail and version control
* Supporting a digital-first approach by scanning and maintaining electronic files to a high standard using the firm's case management system
* Ensuring all case files meet regulatory and internal quality standards, including compliance with industry protocols and best practices
Candidate Profile
You'll be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail. Time management and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be confident using Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with electronic case management systems. Familiarity with legal documentation and procedures in property law is a strong advantage, as is basic knowledge of property-related accounting processes.
A relevant qualification in legal secretarial work, business administration, or equivalent (such as NVQ Level 3) would be beneficial.
