About the role
This role can be based in Eccles, Deeside, or Wellingborough.
Booker is creating a new Senior Business Support Analyst position on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support our multi-technology transformation in Finance, Operations, and Product.
You will act as a bridge between business teams and Technology, capturing requirements, translating them into system or process improvements, and managing delivery to ensure adoption and benefits realization. Daily responsibilities include incident resolution and managing project commitments, ensuring SLAs are met and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Success requires hands-on experience with technology change in at least one target domain, strong analytical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and knowledge of Agile, ITIL, or DevOps practices.
Your responsibilities
* Manage project development budgets.
* Monitor system KPIs.
* Support the delivery of the SAP system roadmap.
Requirements
* Experience managing projects involving multiple business units and significant business change.
* Experience in managing change from conception through delivery and support.
* Exposure to software development methodologies like Agile.

* Service management skills with a track record of support and project leadership.
