Join Barclays as a Structured Credit Business Manager, responsible for implementing the strategic goals of the Structured Credit business. You will work closely with BMs, Business Heads, and their teams, driving change and development in collaboration with trading, structuring, analyst sales, and infrastructure teams. The role covers business strategy, risk and control, financial resources, human resources, cost management, regulatory, and technology change. Barclays' Structured Credit team is rapidly growing, with 75+ staff across London, New York, Singapore, and Mumbai.

To succeed, you should have:

* Prior experience of structured products
* Quantitative mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong organization and project management skills
* Effective stakeholder management at all levels
* Problem-solving skills, reliability, ownership
* Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Discretion handling sensitive information

Desired additional skills include knowledge of Credit products/markets, organizational awareness, technology platforms/coding, and prior business management experience.

This position is located at 1 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London.

The role involves assessing key skills like risk management, change, strategic thinking, digital, and technical skills.

Purpose of the role: To enable business success, support leadership in navigating challenges, and making informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing business strategies aligning with goals and regulations.
2. Facilitating communication and collaboration across units.
3. Managing strategic initiatives, projects, and change efforts.
4. Enhancing operational efficiency and process improvements.
5. Developing performance reports and supporting financial planning.
6. Supporting HR in hiring and workforce planning.
