Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

As part of an ambitious procurement transformation, the company seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead a high-performing team and take ownership of strategic sourcing, BPO, and offshoring. You will manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, with no line management responsibility.
This highly visible role combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and stakeholder engagement—placing you at the heart of a fast-evolving, creative enterprise where procurement is a key enabler of innovation and growth.
The company follows a three-day in-office policy to foster collaboration, while supporting flexibility among employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for call and contact centres, aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
2. Drive end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract optimisation, and performance tracking.
3. Achieve cost savings and reduce risks through effective sourcing and procurement practices.
4. Manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
5. Handle escalations to meet business needs and align procurement goals with broader objectives.
What You'll Bring:
1. Experience as a Procurement Manager in a global business.
2. MUST have experience in supplier relationship management both onshore and offshore, including BPO.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience negotiating major agreements with suppliers.
4. Ability to work from London office 3 days a week.
5. Experience with call and contact centres.
