As Delivery Manager, you'll manage customer and internal support across regions, ensuring support leads are equipped to develop their teams. You'll manage teams from support leads to application engineers and customer service engineers to support coordinators, including collaborations with many more!
Responsibilities as Delivery Manager:
* Management and motivation of a global Product Management Team.
* Line Management – ensuring goals are being set.
* Helping customers with support - overseeing complex ongoing cases
* Ensuring processes are being followed.
* Working within a budget and reviewing cost reports.
* Attend meetings with externals auditors.
Who would suit this Delivery Manager role?
· Over 5 years of experience in managing a team.
· Experience developing processes within a quality management system.
· Ability to develop SLA KPI and OKR.
· A technical understanding at a high level for software and hardware.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
