My client is a large global consultancy and are seeking a Content Designer with GDS experience to join their team. Role Responsibilities: Identify and build strong relationships with clients across projects, influencing and collaborating with them on the content Create and iterate accurate user-centred content to a high standard that meets user needs Use analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify the needs of users and map user journeys Make complex language and processes easy to understand Bring new ideas and challenge the status quo Be an advocate for user-centred design, iterative and agile approaches. Role Requirements: Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services Experience of designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs You will either already have SC (Security Check) Clearance or you are able to qualify for this level of clearance (by being a UK resident for at least 5years and not having left the country for more than 28consecutive daysduring this period) Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, applying GDS design principles Experience working with various tools such as Miro, Mural, Teams, PowerPoint Good communication and stakeholder management skills
