Job Title: Admin Coordinator
Location: Abercynon, Navigation Park
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Office Based)
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Admin Coordinator to join our team at Techxi. This is a varied role where you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day administration, supporting colleagues, managers, and key business functions. You'll play a vital role in keeping projects, processes, and communications running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing administrative support to teams and managers.
* Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases.
* Supporting HR with onboarding, inductions, and general processes.
* Assisting Finance with emails, bookings, and driver invoicing.
* Meeting and greeting drivers, customers, and suppliers.
* Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
* Helping to plan and deliver company events, meetings, and initiatives.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or office support role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
What You'll Need
* Valid UK Right to Work
* Enhanced DBS Check (paid for by Techxi; you'll need to maintain it on the update service at £16 per year).
* Ability to commute to our office at Navigation Park, Abercynon, Monday to Friday.
