Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Office-based, Sandbach
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About Us

We pride ourselves on quality, reliability and excellent customer service. We're now looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to join our team.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career who wants to learn and develop on the job. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers receive a smooth and professional experience every time.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming enquiries in the sales inbox.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating records and preparing quotes.
Managing inbound calls/emails and acting as first point of contact.
Maintain and build relationships with a set list of accounts.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and CRM updates.
Liaise with other departments (warehouse, accounts, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Additional duties where required to support the needs of the business

About You
We're looking for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn. You'll be joining a supportive team where training and guidance are provided to help you grow.

You'll bring:
Strong communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal).
Good IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
Previous admin or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
