What you will be doing As a leader in Operational Excellence and Quality, you’ll drive performance, innovation, and resilience across OCC South. Your key responsibilities include: Designing and leading a quality framework aligned to ISO 9001, improving customer service and CI/CML outcomes. Leading continuous improvement initiatives Coaching the team, building a high-performance culture focused on safety, collaboration, and accountability. Monitoring KPIs, supporting regulatory submissions, and leading audits and compliance reviews. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven improvements. Supporting operational change, and contributing to emergency planning. Driving governance and safety by managing non-conformances and embedding corrective actions.
